I meant a /61 can be divided in 8 /64s, or in 4 /64s plus 2 /63s, right? 
  There are some configuration advantages for the latter.

I didnt know that?  Can you elaborate?  Is it that I can not set radvd 
with A=1 and plen=63?  Or is it that the Host receiving this RA will not 
know what do with this RA?
