Release 1 did not.

They do make non-members provide contact info, but the download is free.

Release 2 hasn't been released, yet. And I've pledged to abide by their non-disclosure policies, so I can't tell non-members what's in it. I think it's safe to say, it adds functionality that many companies find desirable.
