Hi,

Please find an update of the draft that describes the  Provisioning of
Public Names for Residential Networks. We essentially, clarify the document
and move to the appendices the informative sections. We would like to thank
Kiran for all her comments that have led to the current version. We
believe this version addresses the comment regarding the readability of the
document.

Abstract:
   Home network owners often have devices that they wish to access
   outside their home network - i.e., from the Internet using their
   names.  To do so, these names needs to be made publicly available in
   the DNS.

   This document describes how a Homenet Naming Authority (HNA) can
   instruct a DNS Outsourcing Infrastructure (DOI) to publish a Public
   Homenet Zone on its behalf.
