Dear Reader, I am currently engaged in the Integrated Distributed Systems Management project which is part funded by the CEC. The project aims to develop an architecture for management of distributed systems by grouping of managed resources into domains to which policies apply. The architecture is realised by a number of services, the main ones being the Policy and Domain services. At present the project is working towards implementing a demonstrator to realise the results to date and as a supplemental task is looking into mapping the IDSM services onto other architectures. To assist in this I am trying to obtain information regarding SNMP and CMIP MIBs. If you can supply any information regarding these topics, or any copies of (draft) standards I would be very grateful.
