I agree with Stephen that I could hardly think of a better place to discuss this that here. Many relevant actors are here, there is a good discussion, and I think a lot of research questions and considerations are coming from this that touch on human rights, geopolitics, and the internet infrastructure. Furthermore, the relationship between DDoS, spam, and human rights has also been extensively discussed here.

I could imagine research that is similar to this (very much recommended) could result from this:

However, if it is the opinion of the chair that this is not relevant for the RG, I can live with that.
