You might remember that we presented a draft paper at HRPC in Prague (in
2019) about how and why context and history  matter in assessing protocols'
impact on human rights.

 We managed to publish that paper after some excruciating rounds of
revisions ( which was well worth it) today at the journal of Information

Happy to discuss. I greatly enjoyed writing this piece. The history lessons
