Hi,

On a personal note:

I am still somewhat insecure about the statement:

"it is undisputed that standards and protocols are both products of a
political process, and they can also be used for political means."

I wont dispute the the idea of process and some use being political, but
is the statement really undisputed?

Will read the rest of the new draft in the next day or so.
