[hrpc] Rescheduling HRPC: Interim virtual 8 April

Dear HRPC RG participants,

As you will have noticed the IETF 107 agenda for virtual meetings does not
include us, which is excellent and good because we have also been given the
opportunity to hold a virtual interim instead on 8 April (according to a
predetermined interim meeting schedule). [0]

I'm writing to you to get your feedback on both time of day and the
meeting's agenda.

On time, please indicate your preferred time of day to *start* the meeting
here:

For the agenda, we have three options:

Small: A 60-minute meeting focussed on draft association
Medium: A 90-minute meeting for all RG work items (we can be generous with
that definition)
Big: A 120-minute meeting that would parallel an in-person meeting complete
with speaker presentations.

Avri and I will make final decisions on 31 March.
