Hi everyone,

Just so people know, we've got 44 people on the list now, so I think it's safe to start discussion.

Obvious places to start include:

* HTTP/2 testing: do we have any tests already? Who has plans? How do we test it?

* HTTP/2 Deployment: How do you experiment with deploying HTTP/2 at a large scale? How can you make it co-exist with HTTP/1?
