I count myself an 18n/unicode/typography/font geek and have spent lots
of time among them, and can testify that the first half of =E2=80=9Ccharmin=
g=E2=80=9D
plus the last half of =E2=80=9Chandset=E2=80=9D mostly prevails in that cro=
wd, whether
it=E2=80=99s correct or not.  -T
