Hi all,

Hope you are all well!

As an expert in networking and AI, I just skimmed very quickly through the
draft of "Compression Dictionary Transport" and in my opinion, it feels
incomplete, doesn't have any ASCII diagrams, is not from first principles,
and the flow of the document is sort of abrupt without clear definitions of
all the terms.  Thus, I would highly recommend that the authors rewrite it
to reveal all the details and make everything crystal clear.
