Just a heads up for others, I submitted a pull request for a number of
editorial updates that Martin reviewed and merged. The details of the
pull request can be reviewed here:

https://github.com/http2/http2-spec/pull/71

I have additional editorial updates that I am working on in my fork
that I will submit a pull request for tomorrow.
