Grrrrr.... I usually review documents by reading them on a tablet and then, in
a blind panic before the telechat, copying them into the Datatracker. This is
nice because I can read the draft on a comfortable device and scribble notes
all over it -- but sometimes it bites me... like in this instance, where I
didn't see Erik's useful pointer to the diff.

So, thank you very much for the document, and also thank you to Erik for
pointing out all of the bits I didn't need to re-read :-)
