Based on the context, I think that Martin just agreed with me in terms of
avoiding use of fragmentation for other extensions such as compression but
didn't mean that fragmentation should be exclusive for multiplexing.

Thanks. The fact that multiplexing itself locks fragmentation is sometimes
problematic. This is one example for that.
