I've repeated many times in this maillist: please, add a fuxxxxx
Changelog section in the draft.
Revision 76+8 of the draft, and no Changelog section. And here the
problems. Will the authors ignore it again?

A Changelog section should be a MUST in any new revision.

PS: A diff is not a changelog.
