But if I need to split a big UTF-8 message into several frames (due
some still unknown max frame size negotiation) I don't want to care
about splitting the UTF-8 message in valid "UTF-8 string". I just want
to care about counting *bytes*, as frame size is determined by payload
*byte* size rather than UTF-8 symbols.
