Len, Sylvain,

Yes, it's not complicated, but needs to be tested, requires small but more
code to be maintained. I just prefer not having more code if there's no
necessity.

About the redundancy of masking bit, see the post by
John<http://www.ietf.org/mail-archive/web/hybi/current/msg07777.html>in
the thread I mentioned.
