Hello,
I've already told this to the people that send the invoices, and it is not a big deal, and maybe it was just an unfortunate set of coincidences, but while we sort out all the complex issues with IDNA2008 etc, it would be nice at least to print non-ASCII characters correctly in IETF invoices.
(Actually, the umlaut seemed to work fine until IETF 101, but not from 102 on.)
