My view: not to be concerned about but to remember. To me Internationalization implies "doing things without context" while Localization implies a local context. Sure, there is a gray area in between, and a line to be drawn somewhere. If the group is Internationalization, the border is discovered by "walking towards localization" and stopping when context is needed, while Localization walk "from the other direction". Given this view (which I might not share with anyone) of course the boundaries might be found on different places, but that does not worry me.

What for me is important is that when looking at Internationalization one explicitly look at problems in general without context. A good focus as I find it being hard to do both Internationalization and Localization at the same time.

So no, I am not worried. But important to talk about.
