For the record (because you, Patrik, know this already), "the
klensin document" (an ambiguous reference because there are a
few that may be relevant --see my response to Paul) was allowed
to expire because there appeared to be no way to process it. In
at least one case, I believe I was advised by a relevant AD to
let it expire.  The request for the IETF 102 BOF was the result
of that situation.  Those documents will be updated and reposted
as soon as the Directorate (or the ART ADs) tell me to do so.
