Hi Tom,
Let me answer your questions on the IPR claim for the Consumer-Facing
Interface YANG Data Model Draft.

The following claim with Possible Royalty/Fee is posted by my SKKU patent
attorney (Mr. Jeongnyeon Kim)
due to the miscommunication between my SKKU patent attorney and me.
I CC Mr. Jeongnyeon Kim in this thread.

So, I asked my SKKU patent attorney to submit the new claim with
the correct Licensing statement with Royalty-Free, not Royalty/Fee.
I believe this new claim with Royalty-Free supersedes the previous IPR
claim with Royalty/Fee.

Section 11 in versions 07 and 08 is IANA Considerations.
I think this IANA Considerations section is not part of IPR filing-up, so
the latest IPR declaration excludes this section.

The main changes after version 09 are about YANG modules, there is no
moreIPR claim after version 09.

Thanks for your future review on our Consumer-Facing Interface YANG Data
Model.

Best Regards,
Paul
