Thanks for the comments on the IAFA anony ftp doc.  I will make
the various changes and try to have the doc back out by the
end of this week/early next.

I appreciate the time you've taken to look it over.  Btw, as I won't
be incorporating revisions until the end ot he week, if others still
want to take a look at it and give me feedback, pls feel free to
do so.
