I worked on the old draft off-line at home last night and posted my
comments this morning.  I've just checked them against your latest draft
you sent out last night. All my comments apply to the new version too.

I also have a couple of small extra points (numbered).

3.       You changed the wording below to acommodate the word "Details"
which I think should have been "Date" in the first place. ie - Date record
