Just to follow up form what Martijn said, I've tried to keep the two in
sync (URI and IAFA) where possible since I was (and still am) pretty
heavily involved in both groups (by chairing them :-). 

I hadn't tried to maintain syntactic conformity but expected that the
semantics and data element names would remain synchronized.
