This document specifies a range of information that your site may wish to 
make available on your Anonymous FTP Archive to the Internet user 
community. Automatic archive indexing tools have been created that can 
gather and index this information, thus making it easier for users to find 
and access it. It also may be used by the general user community for 
extracting information about the archive itself, or about material 
contained on the archive.                                                  

Internet-Drafts are available by anonymous FTP.  Login with the	
username "anonymous" and password "guest".  After logging in,
Type "cd internet-drafts".
     "get draft-ietf-iafa-publishing-01.txt".
