[Ianaplan] Off topic Re: What are the RIRs doing?

I agree with Stephen's assessment, below.

At some magical moment in the last 48H, this became an IETF WG mailing 
list.  It has a specific purpose -- to move us forward on this WG's 
chartered work (which Jari posted a couple of days ago).

Let's move on.
