Dear Richard,

In my view the mark, domain name, etc. belong to the Internet Users.
And I do not trust anything which is non-accountable, i.e. subject to
a trusted sovereign power having the capability to inforce it at
national level, and a dominant coalition or the UN at international level.

Now, if it pleases ISOC people's ego to retain iana.org in the "IN"
ICANN/NTIA class under BCP 78, IUsers have 255 homeroots we can use
to access the IUANA (http://iuana.org).
Cheers !
