Dear Russ,

If you do that you reopen the WG,
Then I will appeal this decision I strictly oppose for reasons I plan 
to clarify hopefully today (I was on my first vacations for 15 years last week)
I certainly agree at least with John Klensin: at this stage we do not 
know what will happen after we do not know what is proposed to the IETF.
But I have more reasons. One being called an "ICANN customer" by 
Lawry what at least calls for clarifications.
