Hi, just to provide some form of clarification. At the moment, the CWG
proposal is in its final state and on the table of the chartering
organisations for their approval/rejection this week. Accordingly to my
recent interpretation of the CWG charter[1], the current version would be
submitted to ICG nevertheless, it will document any concerns that may be
raised by one(or more) members of the chartering organisations.
