Please stop putting words in other people's mouths.  I don't know anyone 
who thinks that changing the name of iana.org would be desirable.  But if 
things got nasty, I think it would be better to change the name than to 
engage in a long lawsuit with evil-son-of-ICANN to decide who gets to use 
it how, during which things would likely be frozen and we'd have to use 
another name anyway.

No matter whether ICANN owns the trademark and domain, or the trust or 
someone else owns it and licenses it to ICANN, if things break down it'll 
end up with lawyers and restraining orders.  I see no reason to think that 
anything we do now would change that.
