FWIW, I think that is key and always has been.  If things turn
very difficult, we will effectively have two choices:

(1) Pull out and make an implement a plan to quickly transition
the names, etc.

(2) Engage in either litigation or negotiation that, almost
certainly, would not go quickly.  While it was going on, we
would need to either suffer the "interesting operational
effects" (and huge risk) that Dave refers to or quickly
transition the names, etc., both to preserve current levels or
accessibility and as a hedge against losing or having worse
problems while things were being sorted out.

Independent of which of those choices one prefers, the
short-term requirement would almost certainly be the same.
