I didn't say it is of no concern to the IETF.  Clearly that's not true
because we spun up this huge effort in the first place.  Now we are
nearing the end of the process.  Do we support the document being
advanced to the next step or not?  You have clearly indicated "not". 
Fair enough.  I think John Klensin seems to be of the same opinion, but
I'm not sure.

Not supporting the process going forward would imply that something
perverse has happened along the way to such an extent that we should
reverse our position, in which case I would like that called out.
