Maybe I can ask the question again in a different way.
(Some of this might be influenced by what happens in Canada, and maybe 501xyz
is different in a way I'm unaware of)

1) is it correct that under option III, the checque would say "IETF", go into
   the "IETF" (LLC) bank account?

2) that charitable receipt would be issues by:
   a) IETF (LLC)
   b) ISOC

For those entities which have different pots of money, the answer to (1)
seems more important than (2). Ted, is that true, or does the name
on the charitable receipt matter too?
