Made all these changes and will update the doc soon. One note on the need for 7437-bis to be normative. It IS in the markdown doc (https://github.com/IASA2/draft-ietf-iasa2-struct/blob/master/draft-ietf-iasa2-rfc4071bis.md) but it doesn’t generate when we make the TXT from this. I suspect I've gotten the markdown formatting wrong, so will see if Brian can diagnose it.

I will also take a look at Bob's feedback and your response in a second.
