To save the RFC Editor a small bit of trouble (and AUTH48
surprises), that should probably be "updated only to reflect" or 

	"This document is based on RFC3777 and RFC7437. Only
	those updates required to reflect the changes introduced
	by IASA 2.0 have been included.  Any other...'
