Brian, I may be going a bit nuts or daft, but can you remind me where we
talked about a goal of this process being that the LLC is lightweight and
cheap? I think this might be confusing the goals of the LLC Board and the
LLC... we definitely wanted the overly-burdened IAOC to change to be more
strategic and nimble and less involved with operational administrative
decisions. But we always contemplated the LLC needing to grow in terms of
staff (that's been in all of the drafts as we want FTEs in roles that ISOC
filled with employees). I'm not arguing that it should be heavyweight and
expensive, just that I seem to have forgotten where we stated this and that
seems to be an important part of what you're arguing. best, Joe
