As a quick note, the updated doc is correct but the summary below is in error. The LLC positions do in fact have term limits - it is the Trust that do not. This is correct in the latest I-D and you can see it in the diff.

        *  Removed IETF LLC from the list of positions who have term
           limits in Section 3.2, because the IETF LLC positions do not
           have term limits.
        *  Added IETF Trust to the list of positions who can be recalled
           in Section 5.11., because IETF Trust trustees can be recalled.
        *  Editorial changes.
