Hello,

we started to work on QoS mechanisms for constrained ICN IoT
deployments.  This initial version contains thoughts on
1) manageable resources in an information-centric IoT,
2) a lightweight traffic classification method, and
3) priority-based management methods to control latency and
reliability of traffic flows in challenged networks.

We will present our thoughts tomorrow at the ICNRG session.
Feedback and comments are as always much appreciated.
