Dear ICNRG,

this minor update 1) adds a reference to the CCNx Time TLV draft [1]
and 2) contains fixes for editorial mishaps kindly pointed out by
Junxiao Shi.

In Singapore, we will bring up a summary of all name compression
discussions that took place on this mailing list and in the last
meeting.
