These responses to Ken’s review comments on flic-02 have been sitting waiting for us to finish flic-03. I’m posting them now to accompany the issuance of flic-03. Note that not all of Ken’s comments are adequately resolved in flic-03 so they will get handled on the next iteration along with now comments we get on the just-posted draft.
