Dear ICNRG, this version bump further elaborates on the TLV integration for InterestLifetime and RecommendedCacheTime. It also includes a few minor editorial enhancements to improve the readability. @Chairs: There was a call for adoption last july which did not conclude. Should we renew the call to gather new opinions and stimulate discussions?
