This was forwarded to v6ops and seems apropos for IDEAS. I'm a little
surprised that only now are they realizing how good NAT is at hiding users'
identity. Ephemeral untraceable addresses and identifier-locator will give
at least the same privacy benefits (and hence unpleasantness for some) as
NAT without needing NAT.
