This is specifically mentioned in Section 2 where all these TLVs are introduced briefly. At current stage maybe it is not suitable to change the encoding, but I suggest to give more detail description about the behavior of advertising the SRv6 Peer node SID and the Peer adjacency SID with corresponding NLRIs for a direct peer and for a peer established on loopback.
