Nope sorry.

The suggestion was to use new attribute which would include list of RDs
applicable to RTs. RTC NLRI would not change. BGP dynamics remain as is.

It is just the same model as max prefix. Session get's torn down till
operator's intervention unless you configure otherwise so all claims that
we do not do this in BGP are false.

And RD is not an extended community anyway.
