I realized that this BGP-LS allocation is an Expert Review allocation. I checked the allocation policy before I sent it to you.  It seemed reasonable to double-check with the IDR AD before sending it to the Designated Experts.

   Link State (BGP-LS) Parameters" with a registry called "BGP-LS NLRI
   and Attribute TLVs".  The following TLV codepoints are suggested (for
