This version of the draft addresses/adds the following features/capabilities.

- Support for BFD client configuration.
- Tree diagrams are now automatically generated and added into the draft.
- Collapsed the number of modules from 6 to 3.
- Moved the rib table to align with other routing modules.
- Added ttl-security feature statement
