Changelog for -01 -> -02:

    o shorten the title
    o remove redundant remark about "shortest form" in section 2
    o add paragraph about transport confidentiality
    o update implementation overview, added:
        - pmacct
        - OpenBGPD
        - Wireshark, tcpdump
