i come from heas's world.  in fact, he is riding on the descendant of my
20 year old code.

but, with another hat, i am helping to engineer the new (inagurated this
week) bangkok neutral ix.  and it has an rs pair and ixp-manager.  this
is what folk want and expect, especially smaller folk.  it's not as simple
as i would like.  it is not easy to explain.  but it is useful.  and no,
we're not translating flowspec into thai. :)
