Dear WG,

We discussed with Randy what message we have for the interim meeting and
realized that it is very simple - we want to ask for the WGLC.
The only major change - we finally resolved the issue with IANA
reallocation and thus can move forward.

With this in mind, I think we will save 10 minutes and cancel our report.
