Hi,

This is the revised Flow-spec draft for tunneled traffic. It has been
updated in ways corresponding to the updates that produced
https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-idr-flowspec-l2vpn-13
Comments welcome.

We also request an early allocation SAFI for use in this flowspec-nvo3-08.
